Vals Criollo (Peruvian Waltz) for double bass and piano arranged by Luis Pérez

The Vals Criollo, or Peruvian waltz, is an adaptation of the European waltz brought to the Americas during colonial times by Spain. In the Viceroyalty of Peru, the waltz was gradually adapted to the likings of the Criollo people.

Luis's charming arrangement is accessible for the intermediate bassist and includes a MIDI accompaniment and piano parts for orchestral and solo tuning.
